The purpose of the company, both in Switzerland and abroad, on its own account or on behalf of third parties, is described as follows: a) investing in, subscribing to, acquiring, placing, buying, selling and trading shares, participations, bonds, options and certificates of companies and corporations; b) founding, managing and supervising companies and corporations; c) financing companies and corporations; d) raising and procuring loans, granting loans, including the issuance of bonds, debentures or other securities, as well as concluding related contracts. The company may engage in any commercial activities that are directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose and take any measures that appear to be suitable for promoting the company's purpose or are related to it.
