The company's purpose is to provide all types of services in the field of sports and events, particularly in the field of chess. The company may notably organize sports and cultural events, provide consulting services, grant exclusive intellectual property rights, buy and sell equipment related to the aforementioned, and rent commercial premises. The company may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial, movable or immovable operations directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose. The company may also acquire, hold and manage participations in all forms in all commercial, industrial, financial and real estate companies, in Switzerland and abroad, except for operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE).
