In general, the company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties, participate in other companies having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all financial, commercial, real estate (within the limits of the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners), movable and other transactions and conclude all contracts that are suitable for developing its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it.
