To acquire and manage participations in all financial, commercial, industrial, movable or immovable property companies, with the exception of any participation prohibited by the LFAIE, both in Switzerland and abroad, and, in general, to carry out all commercial or financial transactions and to assume all functions, both on its own account and on behalf of third parties, which have a direct or indirect connection with its purpose (cf. statutes for full purpose).
