The promotion of the education of its members, in particular: the promotion and maintenance of the closest possible association of the entire butchery trade and the undertakings of the meat industry; representation of common interests vis-à-vis the authorities and the public; handling of all matters important to the meat trade and the meat industry with regard to legislation, regulations and ordinances; promotion of vocational training and further education, in particular the training of apprentices and the general promotion of young talent; promotion of the institutions of the Swiss Meat Trade Association (SFF) and in particular its self-help organizations; establishment of the connection between the regional butchery trade and the SFF on the one hand and the regional trade organizations on the other; complete purpose description according to the statutes.
