To participate in any form in commercial, financial and industrial enterprises in Switzerland and abroad, and in real estate companies abroad, in the sense of a holding company, and to carry out financial and administrative operations for this purpose, and any activity related to the purpose of the company, for its own account or for that of third parties. The company may carry out all commercial, financial, real estate (if the real estate held through participations or buildings are located in Switzerland, they may only have an exclusively commercial use), movable and conclude all contracts having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose and promoting its development. It may also create branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, and acquire, hold, administer and dispose of real estate (buildings with exclusively commercial use) and intellectual property. The company may also acquire participations in other companies and acquire companies with an identical or similar purpose (with regard to companies holding real estate located in Switzerland, these must have an exclusively commercial use), establish branches or form subsidiaries in Switzerland or abroad. The company may grant loans or any other form of financing to affiliated companies, as well as provide any type of security, for the direct or indirect benefit of affiliated companies (or third parties), in particular in the form of guarantees, pledges or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets.
