Fondation Caliel

The foundation aims to meet the housing needs of seniors in Switzerland. The foundation may acquire, sell, exchange, rent, build, finance, operate, transform, manage buildings or land, participate in all financial and commercial operations as well as all transactions that are intended to develop the purpose of the foundation or apt to favor it. It may, on its own account or on behalf of third parties, take direct or indirect participations in other legal entities or engage in any other activity contributing to the achievement of its purpose. It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad.
