Fondation de l'Association Helvétique de l'Ordre S.M. de Malte (FONDAHOM)

To provide financial support in Switzerland and abroad to the activities of the Swiss Association of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta (AHOM) and its works, which aim to provide assistance to the sick, the disabled, pilgrims, children, the elderly, the disabled, the poor, victims of natural disasters and victims of armed conflicts in need, based on the centuries-old tradition of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta, in accordance with Articles 2, paragraphs 1-2 and 9, paragraph 3 of the Constitutional Charter and Article 266 of the Order's Code. Within the framework of its activities, the AHOM may collaborate with Swiss, foreign and international charitable and humanitarian organizations, and to the extent possible, with relief actions in favor of disaster victims decided by the Relief Committee of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta in Rome. The Foundation promotes historical research on the Order, publishes studies on its past and present activities and strives to make them better known to the public.
