The foundation's aims are to create and manage various services designed to meet the needs of adults facing social and/or health difficulties, and/or suffering from a disability recognized by the disability insurance (AI), and/or victims of domestic violence. In pursuing these aims, the Foundation implements mandates entrusted by the State. It offers the following services: a) Prevention, reception, support, accompaniment, accommodation, and care facilities; b) Housing at financially affordable conditions that meet the housing needs of adults in modest social circumstances; c) Outpatient social support. Additionally, it may offer the following services: a) Occupational, social, and/or professional integration workshops; b) Socio-professional reintegration programs.
