To provide for the members of the Executive Committee of DSM-Firmenich AG, as well as the former members of the General Management of Firmenich SA (hereinafter the Company) announced as such by the Company, against the economic consequences resulting from old age, disability and death. The Foundation may also: pay voluntary cost-of-living allowances to retirees. The Foundation Board is competent to decide on the means to achieve the purpose of the Foundation. It may use all or part of the Foundation's assets for this purpose. It may also conclude insurance contracts in favor of all beneficiaries or part of them, or take over existing contracts in the name of the Foundation; the Foundation will then be both the policyholder and the beneficiary.
