Fondation FAVA

The Foundation's purpose is: 1. a. to provide emergency accommodation for individuals, with or without children, who are victims of domestic violence as defined by the Valais cantonal law on domestic violence (LVD) or human trafficking, offering them a listening ear and a safe environment. b. to advise, assist and accompany these individuals. c. to coordinate their care within the Valais network. d. to contribute to raising awareness, informing and preventing the population on this issue. 2. The Foundation has a public utility character and does not pursue any lucrative or commercial purpose. 3. If a public law corporation is legally required to provide services similar to those of the Foundation, the latter will only intervene on a subsidiary basis.
