The foundation aims to promote and develop education, research and development in the field of cancer prevention by pursuing three main areas of activity: education: the goal is to establish an international school of cancer prevention with the aim of training doctors, medical professionals, public health professionals, nursing students, etc. in various fields related to cancer prevention; research: the foundation's main research goal is to understand the interaction between genetic and epigenetic/environmental determinants in the development of cancer, for personalized treatments, for prevention and to avoid unnecessary or ineffective therapies; development: the goal is to: 1. develop cancer prevention projects in developing countries; 2. develop new approaches for personalized medicine to avoid unnecessary therapies; 3. develop new models for toxicological tests to detect endocrine disruptors.
