To assist organizations that care for people with disabilities (blind, visually impaired, etc.), people affected by health issues (cancer, AIDS, motor disabilities, etc.), and people in need, with priority given to those who are alone; to assist organizations and institutions dedicated to research and/or education of young people, as well as any entity dedicated to culture in general and musical culture in particular; the foundation will pay out amounts as specified in the foundation deed to individuals explicitly named in the deed.
