Fondation Ladybird

The foundation's purpose is to make donations to specialized organizations in the fields of childhood, health and medical research, as well as to provide assistance to disadvantaged individuals. To achieve its purpose, the Foundation will primarily proceed by allocating the foundation's annual profit to organizations pursuing the same goals as the Foundation. The Foundation is a charitable and public utility institution, it pursues a disinterested purpose and has no lucrative intention. The founder expressly reserves the right to request a modification of the foundation's purpose in accordance with Art. 86a CC.
