Fondation LE BARRAGE

To maintain the allocation to a public establishment of the hotel-restaurant type of the building it owns, called Hôtel du Barrage (building art. 621 RF Rossens). The foundation ensures that the establishment retains its social role as a meeting place for the population and village societies of Rossens. The foundation may engage in ancillary commercial activity on the condition that the generated revenues are allocated exclusively to its objectives. The foundation operates on a non-profit basis. The revenue generated by its activities must be allocated exclusively to its objectives.
