to manage the artistic production of Pierre-Eugène Bouvier, to exhibit and to store part of it and to sell the other part over the years. With the funds collected through sales, donations, inheritance or other means, the foundation will be able to, among other things, award a painting prize following a competition; to acquire for one or several artistic institutions, from time to time, a work, a true painting, deemed interesting by a Neuchâtel or possibly Swiss or foreign artist.
