The purpose of the foundation is to support Christian churches, particularly Reformed churches, by establishing a protection mechanism for individuals in the form of an independent body responsible for providing listening and investigative services related to reports of breaches of physical, psychological, sexual, and spiritual integrity within the church context and in accordance with the relevant provisions of the subsidy agreement between the Reformed Evangelical Church in the Canton of Vaud (EERV) and the State of Vaud. The foundation is non-profit and does not aim for any gain. The foundation is authorized to carry out all activities necessary to achieve its purpose; it can acquire real estate.
