To pool financial resources to promote any form of alternative financing for grassroots organizations and individuals in third-world countries who have taken the necessary initiatives and risks to create and promote innovative activities that favor their development; to strengthen the skills and efficiency of these organizations and networks; to encourage any reflection, study and research that promotes the development of alternative financing systems and to disseminate the results.
