The foundation's purpose is to provide, in various forms and by the most appropriate means, accommodation, housing, assistance, supervision and care to all dependent, disabled, infirm, invalid, elderly, convalescent or solitary persons; to this end, the foundation may, in particular, acquire, build, rent, manage and operate all buildings and housing, rest homes, reception centers or other medical and social institutions and establishments; to promote the construction of public utility housing in French-speaking Switzerland, within the meaning of the Federal Law on Encouraging Housing at Moderate Rents or Prices (LOG) of March 21, 2003, which came into force on October 1, 2003; to provide seniors with adapted living spaces, these living spaces benefiting or not from the support of the public authorities; to participate in companies with a purpose similar to that of the foundation and benefiting from tax exemption due to their public utility purpose; to raise funds to help with this type of activity; to help finance companies with a purpose similar to that of the foundation, benefiting from tax exemption due to their public utility purpose; to carry out all operations that relate directly or indirectly to its purpose and promote its development (for full purpose see foundation deed).
