Fondation Toro

Pursuit of public utility and general interest objectives in the canton of Fribourg; it is committed to creating, developing and managing a park accessible to all; contributing to the development and respect of the well-being of local fauna and flora; developing or participating in cultural projects (music, theatre, literature, art). The foundation does not pursue any lucrative or commercial purpose, nor any political or denominational character. If a public law corporation is legally required to provide services similar to those of the foundation, the latter only intervenes on a subsidiary basis (cf. statutes for full purpose).
