To provide financial support to all tax-exempt associations and/or foundations for public benefit, whose purpose is to protect future mothers, mothers and children, in particular through the ASME Foundation, which is based in Basel; to financially support specific scientific research in the field of bioethics, the fight against Spina Bifida and various other so-called orphan diseases; to provide occasional assistance to individuals in the above spirit; to financially support all associations and/or foundations in Switzerland recognized as being of public benefit and exempt from taxes. The founders expressly reserve the right to modify the purpose with the supervisory authority, in accordance with Article 86a of the Swiss Civil Code.
