To promote the identity, dignity and development of the African diaspora; to enable the existence of a community economic unit of the African diaspora; to promote the production of goods and services to meet the daily needs of the African diaspora; to promote and support projects for the development, protection, enhancement and preservation of nature and the environment; to enable the integration of diasporas and promote return to the continent; to channel the daily economy of the diaspora through technology; to promote the creation of a single guarantee fund and collective investment; to develop and digitally promote the management of a community economic market; to enable the population of the diaspora to fully participate in the economic and social development of Africa; to promote digital development and technological innovation for the benefit of the development of African cultural heritage; to support and promote a dialogue of peace, especially the protection of civil rights in the African continent and worldwide; to standardize the status of the various diasporas into an official status as the sixth region of Africa as provided by the African Union; to enhance the continental and international territory through continuous, methodological and constructive research and analysis on social and cultural, economic and entrepreneurial development; complete purpose in accordance with the statute.
