FONDAZIONE CENTRO CULTURALE CASA DEI LANDFOGTI MONTECENERI

The Foundation aims to support the Municipality of Monteceneri and to collaborate with the Municipality in the realization of a civic and cultural center in the buildings known as Casa dei Landfogti, owned by the Municipality and located on plots no. 756, 763, 764 and 765 RFD Monteceneri (Rivera section), as well as in the future activities of the Cultural Center. The decision-making powers of the municipal authorities are reserved in accordance with the laws applicable in each case. In particular, the Foundation will collaborate and take action in the search for public and private contributions for the realization of the restoration of the protected part of the buildings (map 756) and the spaces available for the activities of the Cultural Center. In compliance with the Organic Municipal Law (LOC), the Municipality may assign other tasks to the Foundation on the basis of performance mandates.
