To favour, promote and support with works, subsidies and activities, entities in the fields of charity, society, school and professional education and youth sports activities, mainly in Ticino, Lombardy (I) and Veneto (I). In particular, but not exhaustively, the foundation will support people in need of support for their livelihood, for the payment of housing costs, for job search or for the financing of their school or professional education. The foundation will have to give priority to helping people resident in the Canton of Ticino, Lombardy (I) or Veneto (I), as well as people affiliated with a Ticinese municipality. The foundation may also provide assistance to other public or private entities that pursue an identical or similar purpose to its own. In a subsidiary manner, the foundation may also devote itself to supporting cultural, scientific, philanthropic or public utility activities in general. The foundation, in order to pursue its purposes, may also acquire, hold and sell real estate or company shares.
