The management of the graphic archive of the late Max Huber, both in material and immaterial terms (i.e. the management of the artist's intellectual property), of which the Foundation is the sole owner. The management of the graphic archive also includes the cataloging and inventory of Max Huber's works. The Foundation may also, if it is the will of the Founder, receive and subsequently manage, both in material and immaterial terms (intellectual property), the graphic archive of the founder Aoi Huber Kono and her father Takashi Kono. The Foundation may also establish its own art collection and will promote art and culture, favoring graphic design, product design, exhibition architecture, photography, and visual arts in general, promoting study, scientific research, documentation, and knowledge of the archive, both directly and by organizing activities useful for achieving its purpose. To achieve its purpose, the Foundation may also lend works from its collection for exhibition purposes in exchange for compensation, in order to cover its expenses. It may also establish relationships and connections with other entities with similar purposes, whether private, public, or institutional. The Foundation may acquire, receive, and manage, in any capacity and in any manner, assets of artistic, graphic, historical, and cultural interest. The Foundation promotes and disseminates the thought and work of Max Huber, as well as - if applicable - Aoi Huber Kono and Takashi Kono, also supporting the dissemination and research on these authors. The Foundation may also acquire, through purchase or donation, real estate for the purpose of achieving its goal. The Foundation pursues objectives of public utility and operates, therefore, without profit.
