The foundation aims to support the elderly residents of the Fondazione Patrizia's old people's homes, Casa anziani, Losone, with financial assistance for investments, works or equipment that are not covered by subsidies or contributions from public authorities, as well as for the coverage of care costs for the elderly that are not covered by subsidies or contributions from public authorities, and for recreational activities in favour of the elderly. To this end, the foundation will enhance and manage the building on plot no. 905 RFD Losone, which was the historic seat of the Latteria Sociale di Losone. The foundation is non-profit.
