The creation and management of socio-medical, cultural or university infrastructure on the land donated by the founder and located in Morchino, in the municipalities of Paradiso and Lugano (Pazzallo). The management of the infrastructure is carried out in-house or can be entrusted to public or private entities, operating in the above-mentioned fields of activity, for purposes of public utility. The foundation is non-profit. It can rent out its spaces to third parties. The proceeds are exclusively intended to achieve the purpose.
