Fondazione per la Formazione Professionale in Ticino

The Foundation is a public utility and non-profit organization. Its purpose is to promote the training and professional development of workers in the Canton of Ticino, with the exception of basic education, in various professional fields, through: partial or full funding of training and research projects in Ticino; financial support to professional training centers in Ticino; direct and indirect subsidies to workers active in Ticino in the field of professional training and development. In particular, the Foundation aims to support vocational training in its broadest sense for those categories of workers represented by the founding Cantonal Paritarian Commissions or those who have subsequently decided to allocate to the Foundation the paritarian contributions to vocational training collected within the management of their respective collective labor agreements. The Foundation is authorized to take all actions to promote the purpose for which it was established.
