The purpose of the Foundation - established for public benefit - is the promotion of natural, tourist and maintenance of public structures of interest and public use in the upper Muggio Valley, particularly in the Monte Generoso area, through the enhancement of the landscape and real estate and the preservation of cultural and historical traditions. It will manage the Hostel of the Pro Asilo Infantile Association of Scudellate and will strive to maintain the integrity of the real estate owned by it in the Scudellate area and its activities. It may also, through loans, acquire and sell real estate, contract with third parties for construction or renovation, enter into contracts for rights of use or surface, both simple and permanent, managing through such properties the development of natural, landscape and tourist activities in the territory. To this end, it has the power to sign lease and rental contracts, conclude loans and agreements with private individuals and public entities interested. It is also responsible for promoting historical and cultural activities in order to consolidate and maintain the traditions of the territory, as well as educational activities related to the agricultural development of the region aimed at new generations. In this regard, collaborations with universities and professional schools in the region and beyond are not excluded. The proceeds will be used to pay off loans granted for the purchase, restructuring of real estate and funds mentioned above, and more generally, will be aimed at achieving the purpose of the Foundation. The Foundation may also manage, on behalf of third parties, natural, tourist and historical structures located in the upper Muggio Valley and Monte Generoso. The Foundation is non-profit and does not pursue any gain.
