The conservation, namely the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, as well as the administrative-commercial management, of the Gilardi family's patrician house (Palazzo Gilardi), located in Montagnola at maps N. 2042, 247 and 543 RFD. The conservation of the Gilardi Archive and making it available for study, exhibition or publication to public or private entities. Cultural works and activities, with particular attention to the enhancement of the Gilardi family archive and entities already operating on the Collina d'Oro (Hermann Hesse Foundation/Museum, Cultural Foundation and others). Philanthropic works, with particular attention to helping needy elderly people residing in the municipality of Collina d'Oro. Assistance to the founder Rosanna Gilardi in case she falls into need or requires special medical care not covered by health insurance. Financial assistance to other members of the Gilardi family for education expenses or in case they are in need.
