To support and promote the study, deepening and dissemination of radical liberal thought and culture in all manifestations of social life, in particular through the realization of a building intended as a radical liberal headquarters and as a center for cultural and recreational events. To achieve this purpose, the foundation may sell land, grant surface rights by assigning them to private individuals, groups of people or legal entities, as well as participate in the realization of buildings on the land itself, either in whole or in part, or participate in the form of co-ownership or ownership by floors.
