To alleviate, through the granting of financial subsidies or otherwise, the economic consequences arising from illness, disability and old age, for employees and workers in service or retired, dependent in any capacity from the companies or their successors; to provide, through the purchase of real estate and the construction of related buildings, for the establishment and operation of vacation homes, care homes or nursing homes for the aforementioned employees of the companies and their successors; to contribute in general, through the organization of suitable institutions, to the moral and material well-being of the said beneficiaries.
