The foundation's purpose is to provide occupational pension benefits to the employees of the founding company or the employer company (hereinafter referred to as the company) and to companies that are closely related to it economically or financially. It provides support and benefits: a) to employees and pensioners in case of old age, disability or a situation of need such as illness, accident or unemployment; b) to employees and pensioners when their spouse, minor children or children unable to engage in gainful employment or other persons whom they support are in a situation of need such as illness, accident, unemployment or disability; c) to the spouses, divorced spouses or long-term partners of deceased employees or pensioners, as well as to persons whom the deceased insured or pensioners had supported entirely or substantially until the day of their death.
