To provide temporary financial assistance to employees of one of the TPF Group companies who are in need due to a prolonged illness or accident affecting themselves or their loved ones, as well as for other reasons that may cause them hardship; to provide, exceptionally, temporary financial assistance to retirees of one of the TPF Group companies who are in need due to a prolonged illness or accident affecting themselves or their loved ones, as well as for other reasons that may cause them hardship; to provide financial assistance to employees of one of the TPF Group companies experiencing temporary financial difficulties resulting from the founding of a family, debt overload, separation or divorce, disability not yet covered by the relevant social insurance, death or other comparable causes; to provide, in the event of the death of an employee of one of the TPF Group companies, financial assistance to their survivors to help cover funeral expenses; to financially support the activities of the TPF Group companies related to promoting the health and safety of employees. The foundation does not pursue any profit or commercial purpose.
