to support the staff members of the Caves du Château d'Auvernier, as well as their dependents, in particular in coping with the economic consequences resulting from unemployment, retirement, old age, illness, accidents, death and other similar circumstances; to allocate amounts for the improvement or maintenance of retirement benefits provided by the staff pension fund of the Caves du Château d'Auvernier; to promote or encourage any activity with social utility that may contribute to the well-being of the staff, active or retired (for full purpose, see statutes).
