to provide, through the income from its assets, a monthly allowance to elderly individuals who have no other resources than the Old-Age and Survivors' Insurance (AVS) or who are at most ten years away from the age of AVS, provided they can demonstrate that their material situation is precarious, and who are members of the Liberal Jewish Community of Geneva (GIL); Orthodox Jewish Community of Geneva; or the Jewish Community of Geneva.
