All consulting and service activities in the real estate sector, transactions (purchase, sale), rental, brokerage, promotion of all real estate and project management; all consulting services in all areas except the financial sector as well as all types of intermediation including financial, services, consulting and trade; any purchase, sale, export, import, prospecting, marketing of all movable goods, and in general, to carry out any activity that is not subject to authorization by an authority. The company may acquire and manage participations, on its own account or on behalf of third parties, in commercial or industrial companies, based in Switzerland or abroad, by acquiring shares, bonds, parts, holding claims or any other suitable form, taking patents and trademarks.
