The purpose of the company is to provide general consulting services to companies, institutions and other organizations in the areas of strategy, organization, business processes as well as information, communication and data processing systems, including the Internet and e-commerce, and to trade in data processing products (hardware and software) and services of all kinds in Switzerland and abroad. The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or merge with similar or related companies. Furthermore, the company may acquire, manage and sell industrial property rights, know-how, intellectual property rights and enter into all transactions and conclude contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the company or are directly or indirectly related to it.
