The foundation aims to promote educational, scientific, cultural and social development in Iran and the rest of the world, in particular: (i) the development of education in Iran, especially the improvement of education through the exchange of information and the maintenance of a center for the collection and dissemination of information, (ii) the development of international scientific cooperation, (iii) the improvement of scientific documentation by creating an international communication platform, (iv) the removal of obstacles to the free flow of information, (v) the development of cultural cooperation between Iran and the rest of the world, (vi) the preservation of Iran's cultural heritage, (vii) the dissemination of Iranian culture, (viii) the establishment of primary, secondary, technical and vocational schools, maternity hospitals, hospitals, orphanages, medical information centers, research centers, sports and recreational centers, and cultural centers, etc., the allocation of scholarships to students, (ix) the safeguarding, maintenance, upkeep and development of real estate, such as maternity hospitals, schools, research centers, medical centers, cultural, artistic, sports, recreational, libraries, etc. and other public utility establishments - donated to the foundation or acquired by it, (x) assistance in all its forms (promotion, subsidy, contribution, participation, realization, purchase, etc.) to any project or achievement that enables the attainment of the objectives described above, regardless of the country, regime, nationality or religion of the beneficiaries, (xii) the administration and allocation of all movable and other assets bequeathed or acquired by the foundation to enable it to achieve its aforementioned objectives. The foundation will not engage in any political or religious activities. Within the framework of its objectives, the foundation operates in Switzerland and abroad. The foundation is non-profit and does not aim to make a profit.
