The company's purpose is the operation of an agricultural domain, and this, notably, in compliance with the federal law on land and rural law of October 4, 1991 (LDFR). In accordance with the applicable provisions of rural land law, the company may participate in other enterprises and establish branches and subsidiaries, both in Switzerland and abroad. It may acquire, hold and dispose of real estate and, in general, carry out any activity directly or indirectly related to its purpose.
