It may, in Switzerland and abroad, create branches, participate in other companies, acquire or establish companies with an identical or analogous purpose, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable operations, and conclude all contracts suitable for developing the corporate purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto. The company may grant loans or guarantees to its shareholders and to third parties, stand as guarantor for loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, guarantee these loans by the issuance or pledging of mortgage certificates or by the subscription of any other financial commitment.
