The company's purpose is to hold, acquire, sell, and manage corporate shares, both in Switzerland and abroad, as well as to carry out all activities directly or indirectly connected thereto. The company may grant financing, directly or indirectly, to third parties, including the shareholders of the company or of companies in which these shareholders, directly or indirectly, participate, by means of loans or other financing methods, or by means of guarantees of any kind, with or without consideration. The company may acquire, hold, manage, encumber, and sell real estate in Switzerland and abroad. Transactions prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LAFE) are excluded.
