The company's purpose is to carry out all real estate transactions within the limits of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), including buying, selling, promoting, building, renovating, demolishing, renting and managing, as well as supplying building materials. The company may: - Directly or indirectly participate in or create branches of companies pursuing an analogous or identical purpose in Switzerland or abroad; - Carry out all commercial, financial and real estate transactions in Switzerland and abroad that are directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose, and - Grant loans to its shareholders or third parties, guarantee loans taken out by its shareholders or third parties, secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment, and pledge its assets to secure any claim.
