The purpose of the company is: provision of advice and services in the fields of construction and renovation as well as in related fields, in particular in the fields of electricity and electrical installations; import, export, purchase and sale of all products related to the aforementioned fields; purchase, sale, management and maintenance of real estate (excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE); all services in the fields of business consulting or training. Furthermore, it may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or immovable transactions directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and may be interested, in any form, in similar companies, in particular by acquiring participations in similar companies.
