The operation of a private school in the field of higher education. The company may participate in other companies and establish branches and subsidiaries, both in Switzerland and abroad, and in general, carry out any commercial, financial or other activity directly or indirectly related to its purpose. It may acquire, encumber, hold, administer and dispose of real estate in Switzerland, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE, or abroad. The company is authorized to take financing, restructuring and intercession measures in favor of shareholders, group companies or third parties and to grant loans to shareholders, group companies or third parties if it is in the interest of one or all of these persons.
