The company's purpose is the design and realization of all metal constructions and outdoor facilities, in particular container houses, pool houses (furnished annexes) and summer kitchens, as well as the execution of all locksmithing work, through the operation of a design office. The company may: engage in any financial, commercial or industrial activity, whether movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose; create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; participate in any enterprise having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire such enterprises or merge with them; grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if it serves its interests.
