The company's purpose is to engage in all activities in the field of real estate in Switzerland and abroad, such as real estate development, buying and selling of real estate, project management of renovation projects, real estate brokerage, rental of real estate, valuation and management of real estate, execution and provision of all work or services in the field of building construction, civil engineering, public works and general contracting, holding of real estate or participations in real estate companies, except for any operation prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: - create branches, - participate in other companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or found them, - in general, carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable (excluding any operation prohibited by the LFAIE), directly or indirectly related to its purpose, - grant loans to its shareholders and third parties, - act as guarantor for loans subscribed by shareholders and third parties, - secure these loans by issuing mortgages and bonds or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
