The cooperative aims to secure for its members, through joint self-help, the cost-effective use, operation, maintenance, and joint management of thirteen parking spaces in the underground parking garage at Nünenstrasse 35 A/Gantrischstrasse 39 C + D. The use of the parking spaces is intended to be made possible exclusively for the co-owners of the condominiums at Nünenenstrasse 35 and 37 through membership in the cooperative, combined with a pre-notation in accordance with Art. 850 para. 3 OR. The cooperative may acquire, sell, or encumber properties, as well as enter into any business and conclude contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the cooperative or are directly or indirectly related to it.
