The cooperative provides administrative services of all kinds on a non-profit basis to its members as well as to other parishes, church foundations, cantonal church corporations and church special-purpose associations. These services include, in particular, accounting and personnel management. The cooperative can conduct all business and perform all legal transactions that are suitable to promote the achievement of the cooperative's purpose. The cooperative does not pursue any commercial purposes and does not aim to make a profit.
