The cooperative aims to provide its members with affordable space for living, working and public use through joint self-help and co-responsibility, and to maintain it. It promotes coexistence by enabling self-managed, ecological and communal forms of living, working and life. The cooperative acquires or creates living and working space and rents it primarily to its members. For this purpose, it can purchase and encumber land, properties and building rights. The cooperative's activities are not profit-driven. Its properties are to be permanently withdrawn from any speculative use and are fundamentally inalienable.
